Once you’ve ordered, please email your logo or design to info@vondura.co.uk within 2 hours, including your order number. We’ll send you an artwork that must be confirmed within 48 hours of receiving as production cannot begin until confirmation is received.

No, you can order just one item. However, bulk discounts apply for 30+ of the same item, making it ideal for societies, sports teams, and clubs. 

Changes can be made until artwork confirmation. Please check sizes, colours, spelling and design work before confirming your order, as production begins once artwork is confirmed.

Yes! Once your design is approved, we keep it on file to make repeat orders quick and easy. We will store your design for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, or remove it earlier if you request.

Printing is best for detailed, colourful designs, while embroidery offers a premium, textured look with long-lasting durability. Both are included in our services - no blanks are sold. 

Yes, depending on the product and design. Contact us at info@vondura.co.uk if you’d like to combine both. 

Yes. You’ll receive an artwork proof by email, which must be confirmed within 48 hours before production starts.

Standard delivery is 14–21 days after artwork confirmation and payment. Please note that delays may occur if artwork approval or logo submission is late. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Currently, we ship within the UK. If you require international shipping, contact us to discuss options.

Our products come in a full range of sizes (usually XS - 2XL). Check our size chart on each product for exact measurements in cm.

 Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting effects. 

We accept secure card payments via our website. For bulk orders (30+ identical items), we also accept payments via Stripe invoices, which can be arranged by email.

Yes, full payment is required before production can begin.

As every item is personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check sizes and details carefully before ordering.

In the rare case this happens, contact us at info@vondura.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
